Every system will be wrong. The question is whether it says so.
I write about the failures that don’t announce themselves — the number that never moved, the map still being consulted long after it stopped matching the ground, the confident answer nobody can check. Usually because I hit one that week and had to go find out why.
By day I help operators find where AI actually pays in their business, and I build it. I run my own work on systems I build, so most of what’s here is downstream of something that actually broke on me. If I can’t reconstruct a number, I don’t publish it. More about the work at pi0.co.
Named for the failure mode, not the policy. Everything here will eventually be wrong about something. You’ll hear it from me first.
